Product returns and refunds
Vapor Systems accepts returns on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your vapor cleaner, please call 1-800-GO-VAPOR for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 10 calendar days of the receipt of the product. For more information, click here.
Price protection
If Vapor Systems reduces the price on any product within 10 calendar days of shipment, you can request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Vapor Systems within 14 business days of shipment.
Request an invoice
Vapor Systems sent you an official invoice by email the day of your purchase. You also should have received a hard copy at the billing address you provided. If you need a duplicate invoice, please Contact Us.
Defective products
If you're having trouble with your new Vapor Systems product, please call us at 1-800-GO-VAPOR immediately to report your defective product.
Damage during shipping
Contact Vapor Systems immediately if your package was damaged during shipping. Please keep all of the packaging materials.
