Will you verify my address?

To protect you from fraudulent purchases, Vapor Systems will confirm that your account information matches what is on file with the bank that issued your card. Make certain you entered your address correctly on your order. If you are not shipping your purchase to your billing address, you will need to contact your the card issuing bank to add an additional authorized shipping address.

What is my daily spending limit?

Some banks set limits on how much money can be taken out of an account on a single day or with a single transaction. Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order even if there is enough money in an account. Where can I find my security code?

Vapor Systems requires your credit card's security code for all purchases. The security code is a three- or four-digit number printed on your card in addition to the account number.

When will my credit card be charged?

Vapor Systems requests account validation from the credit card company when an order is placed. Funds are reserved in the account prior to shipment. Your account is charged a few days before the order is shipped.
